Frequently asked questions
Your pick-up time is not your flight time — it is when you want to be collected. For arrivals, we suggest scheduling your ride at least 30 minutes after landing to clear customs, immigration and baggage (allow around 60 minutes for international flights). For departures, add your journey time to the airline's recommended arrival window.
If you do not enter a flight number, your pick-up is based solely on your reserved time, with no automatic adjustment for delays or early arrivals. With your flight number we monitor the flight in real time and adjust the pickup on a best-effort basis, and the chauffeur can identify the correct terminal.
Meet & Greet is offered at most airports. Your chauffeur waits in the arrivals hall of the relevant terminal with a sign showing your name, assists with your luggage and guides you to the vehicle. If anything changes, the driver contacts you with detailed pickup instructions.
At airports your chauffeur includes one hour of complimentary wait time from the scheduled pickup time (for hotel or home pickups it is up to 15 minutes). Providing your flight number lets the chauffeur track your arrival and adjust the pickup when possible.
Just include your flight information at booking: enter your departure airport in the pickup location field and your flight number in the corresponding field. We track your flight and meet you at the arrival terminal.
You can book from months ahead down to 8 hours before pickup, depending on location. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance. Changes or cancellations are free of charge up to 24 hours before pickup.
Free cancellation more than 24 hours before pick-up — full refund, typically within 5–7 business days. Cancellations within 24 hours of pick-up, or no-shows, are charged the full booking amount. Specific rules may apply for airport, port or train transfers.
Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express) and digital wallets (Google Pay, Apple Pay, and PayPal — PayPal in EUR, GBP or USD). Cash payments are not available.
